The official language of the Conference will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

CLOTHES

Clothing is informal for all occasions.

VISAS

Most Europeans do not require an entry visa for Germany. Please consult the German Embassy or Consulate nearest to you for specific details relating to visas.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or indirectly arising from the 12th International Conference on Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes. Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.

AGENT FOR ITALIAN ORGANIZATIONS AND PARTICIPANTS

As Organizers of the 12th International Conference on Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes taking place in Längenfeld, Autria from 13-18 January 2019 we entrust TWT srl, Rome, to collect the applications from pharmaceutical companies (participating as sponsors or exhibitors) for the Italian Ministry of Health agency AIFA procedure, in compliance with the instructions given by the Legislative Order 219 of the 24^th april 2006 – art. 124.
